When having a home inspection completed in Calgary Rocky Mountain Home Inspections is committed to making sure you’re confident and well-informed for one of the biggest decisions of your life.

 Within 24 hours of the end of an inspection, you will be provided with a detailed report reflecting the current condition of a home’s physical structure, mechanical systems, and even built-in appliances. Our objective is to identify all areas that are deficient or a safety hazard.

Once the inspection is complete, we will review what we discovered and answer any questions you might have. A home inspection report can be overwhelming at first glance and most times an easy conversation can put many worries at ease. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. Not everyone has owned a home before and because of this our report is built with extreme detail and will include maintenance tips and information items. Everything will be detailed in our easy-to-read report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.
