Kyle is very experienced professional, he will hightlight major issues/deficiencies that we did not see, which help us at the time of negotiation. His report is easier to understand and follow than other inspectors.

He mentioned he will take some high camera resolution pictures for the roof which we did not see. And he will not share pictures to you beside the pictures in the report but will keep in contact and replying to you for any questions.

Honestly, one of the most thoroughly done and laid out inspections I've seen. Was very happy with the level of service and explanation of the items founds and even the sharing of knowledge he has built up over the years. Would give 6 stars if it was possible.
