I reached out to Kyle, and he provided photos and videos from his detailed report. It was in depth and also in a form if I want to jump to the "Red" or "Yellow" concerns he had it was quickly available with a click. I spoke with another resident in the community I had bought in and Kyle notice things that other house inspectors did not notice! Not major items, but the little things ways to prevent future issues within a new build, such as flow valve shut off sensors, dryer vents, and HVAC expired due to a long listing. Kyle also provided resources for annual quality inspections too. I would use Kyle again or to those in the communities he offers his services. For reference of those reading this.
