Home Inspections in Calgary

Kyle inspects homes and commercial properties in Calgary, from new communities on the edge of the city to established neighbourhoods and executive homes. Calgary buyers get the same Certified Master Inspector, the same thorough process and the same detailed digital report as clients in the mountains.

01

Hail, chinooks and freeze-thaw

Calgary sees summer hail storms and winter chinooks that swing temperatures quickly above and below freezing. Roofs, siding, windows and flashing take a beating, and repeated thawing and refreezing finds every weak spot. Kyle checks these closely and documents any damage with photos.

02

New builds and new communities

If you are buying a newly built home in one of Calgary's newer communities, new construction, pre-drywall and warranty inspections give you an independent record to share with your builder at each stage.

03

Executive and custom homes

Larger homes with several furnaces, boilers, in-floor heating and complex rooflines benefit from the RMHI Signature inspection, which is limited to one per day.

04

Multi-family and commercial

Kyle is a CCPIA member inspector, and RMHI Commercial inspections cover apartment buildings, mixed-use and condominium complexes, retail spaces, offices and special-purpose buildings in Calgary.
