Support and crawlspace

Low-slope roofs and the joints between sections are common places for leaks. Snow load and freeze-thaw make them worth a careful look in Alberta.

Furnaces, water heaters, plumbing and electrical are inspected like any other home. Decks, porches and additions attached to the home are included.
