Articles, guides and service descriptions on this site are general information about home inspection and home maintenance. They are not an inspection of any particular property and are not a substitute for professional advice about your situation.

Inspections

Every inspection is carried out under a written pre-inspection agreement that sets out its scope, limitations and fees. That agreement, not this page, governs the inspection. Prices shown or quoted through the site are confirmed when you book.

Booking tools and third-party links

Scheduling, quotes and reports are provided through HIVE, and some pages link to other websites such as registries, government sources and social media. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t control.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to Rocky Mountain Home Inspections Ltd. or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without written permission. Certification marks and badges belong to the organizations that issue them.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Rocky Mountain Home Inspections Ltd. is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
