Thermal imaging is included in every inspection. It reveals issues that aren't visible to the naked eye, such as moisture intrusion, insulation gaps and electrical hot spots, and adds detail and accuracy to your inspection report.
What the camera shows
An infrared camera shows differences in surface temperature. Wet materials, missing or settled insulation, air leaks around windows and overheating electrical components all show up as patterns that point to where a closer look is needed.
Why it matters in cold climates
In long Alberta winters, gaps in insulation and air sealing mean higher heating bills, cold rooms and frost or ice in places it shouldn't be. Thermal imaging helps find those spots without opening walls.
Included in every inspection
Thermal imaging is part of every inspection Kyle does, from RMHI Residential to RMHI Signature and RMHI Commercial. It is not an add-on, so there is nothing extra to book.
