New Construction Inspection

New construction inspections help make sure a home is built to proper standards before final closing. Structural elements, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems are reviewed for defects so they can be raised with the builder while the work is still theirs to correct.

01

Independent of the builder

A new home is put together by many different trades on a tight schedule. Kyle works for you, not the builder, and inspects the finished home the same way he would a resale: roof, attic, envelope, structure, mechanical, plumbing and electrical.

02

Before your final walkthrough

The best time is just before your possession walkthrough, so the report can go straight onto your list of items for the builder. Book it as soon as you have a date.

03

Pair it with pre-drywall and warranty inspections

For the most complete record, add a pre-drywall inspection while the framing is still open and a warranty inspection before your builder's coverage ends.
