Kyle uses moisture meters and thermal imaging to trace damp areas back to where the water is coming from, whether that is a roof detail, a window, a balcony, plumbing or the ground.

Moisture Inspection
Moisture intrusion inspections find hidden leaks or seepage that could lead to mould, structural damage or indoor air quality problems. The source is identified, and the report includes recommendations for repair and prevention.

What it doesn't include
We don't test for mould or asbestos, because that requires laboratory analysis. Areas of concern are noted in the report so you can decide whether to have them sampled.
