Pre-Drywall Inspection

Pre-drywall inspections assess framing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC before the walls are closed in. It is the one point in a build when these systems can be seen in full, and the last easy chance to have them corrected.

01

See what the walls will hide

Once insulation and drywall go up, framing, wiring, plumbing runs and ductwork disappear for the life of the house. Kyle looks at them while they are still open and notes anything that should be fixed before the next stage.

02

Timing with your builder

The inspection happens after framing, rough-in and windows are done and before insulation goes in, including the attic insulation. Ask your builder for that window early so the visit can be booked without slowing the job down.

03

A record for later

Your report keeps photos of what is inside the walls. That is useful years later when you renovate, add a fixture or need to know where something runs.
